Having successfully completed my three year training in Ghana, I was set to practice the profession I have always loved.

I arrived in Vienna in 1990, applied to the Vienna Employment Service for a license to practice as a Hairdresser, which was granted.

My first appointment was with Otto der Friseur, where I worked from February 1991 to November 1991.

I met a dear friend while practicing, who expressed the interest in starting a salon.
She established the Afro Studio, probably the first African beauty salon in Vienna and invited me to work with her.
I agreed and worked with her from December 1991 till February 2006.
